Mapping Event Locations

Map of All Events - Location Visualization

note

This feature requires macOS 11 (Big Sur) or above

The Event Location Map in BusyCal allows you to visualize all locations from your calendar events on an interactive map. This provides an intuitive way to explore, search, and navigate your scheduled locations, making it easy to view past meeting spots, or find upcoming event destinations at a glance.

Map of all event locations
important

BusyCal displays locations from your selected calendars. To appear on the map, a location must be a valid address. If coordinates aren't already assigned, BusyCal will attempt to generate them. However, some location names or addresses may not be recognized, preventing them from being pinned on the map.
