Microsoft 365 Group Calendars don’t show up (Microsoft Graph)
Microsoft 365 “Group Calendars” require explicit support and permissions when syncing via Microsoft Graph.
What to check
- Confirm you’re using an Office 365 (Microsoft Graph) account in BusyCal (not legacy Exchange/EWS).
- When adding the Microsoft Graph account, make sure Enable access to Group Calendars is enabled during the setup flow.
If the account was added without group-calendar access, you may need to remove and re-add the Microsoft Graph account to grant the required permissions.
Admin consent note
